I don’t chase much but love and dreams; not drinks, not pussy, not money or popularity. There are only 2 things that have motivated my life – love and my want to create.

I’ve found love again, and with it I’ve rediscovered a balance in myself that’s propelling a steam engine drive to make my dreams real through art, design, clothing and writing.

It’s 4:30am. I’m cleaning my office preparing to put in a full day of art and design. And I can’t tell you how good it feels to be back in this place.

I’ve been asked this question a handful of times since I started posting The Go Without about 2 weeks ago, so I figured I should just address it.

When I broke up with my ex 3 months ago I realized that some things weren’t meant for everyone to see. Some things are still worth being left private. I’ve always been an open book on my blog and with all of my work. I don’t hold anything back from anyone when it comes to my self expression. But The Go Without is really only for 2 people. And this is why it’s available only with a password.

Some people have asked why I don’t just leave it off of the blog altogether. Fair enough question. My blog is my notebook. I jot things in my Blackberry all the time, but I leave the important stuff on my blog in the form of drafts or posts. The fact that all of these posts are trackable makes it easier for me to go back and read Day 1 or Day 9 at my leisure, or for people with the password to view the posts easily.

I won’t answer any questions regarding what The Go Without is about or who has the password, nor will I give the password out to anyone. If you don’t like how I manage my blog, go somewhere else. But I do things how I do them because they feel right to me.

Someone asked me whether I’d ever make this stuff public. The answer is no.
