I get Yogi Tea (that's the brand name) from my local health food coop in the Redbush Chai variety. It's caffeine free, and a spicy (read: flavorful) alternative to green tea (which I can't seem to stomach). I don't know if you can get Yogi Tea in Canada, but I'm sure you'll be able to find a comparable brand of Redbush Chai.

Congratulations on your journey. Once your body is done detoxing you'll feel better.

Bless

hit up David's Tea on Queen, it's right next to the Le Chateau, actually I think it is part of the same building...

the selection is great, and almost everything in there is fantastic. Vanilla Oolong is my weapon of choice as of late.
