A few months back I was in Revival in Toronto partying at ‘Shuffle’ and Ed aka True Numperor of the Inquiringmind camp comes up to me while I’m staggering around with a couple of beers in my hand and says, “Yo, Neil Armstrong (aka Jay-Z’s tour dj for the Heart of the City Tour) was wearing your Missing James tee at the Jay-Z/Mary J show at the MGM Grand in Vegas!”
I immediately lost my mind like a fucking child, went to the bar and bought 2 six packs of Heineken and started celebrating like I had won the fucking lottery.
I gotta admit, I was geeked. He’s a dope ass dj, and that’s a pretty good look for someone just starting out in this clothing game like myself.
After a couple of phone calls and an email, I received these pics of Neil rocking that shit while partying after the show.
It’s gotta be the shirt.
She loves how it feels on her back.
Big Homey autographed the Reasonable Doubt LP for Neil. I just gave him a couple of my Ideall Clothing shirts. It’s about the same effect I’d say.
